DEFECTS:
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. J&J Industrial, Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14
days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a
defect. J&J Industrial Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT
reported within the 14 day policy.
Safety Gear: Return UN-OPENED/UN-USED item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees.
OPENED
MERCHANDISE: There is a 15% re-stock fee on opened merchandise (safety
glass packages or anything that is in a sealed plastic bag) regardless
of when it is returned.
APPAREL, EAR PROTECTION, GLOVES, FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES
All apparel and accessories item(s) must be un-worn and/or un-used.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, such as hard hats, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders, that is items which we do not normally carry in inventory, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.
RE-STOCK
FEE: We do not charge a restock fee on UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise if
you return the goods within 14 days. We charge a 15% restock fee if you
return UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise after 14 days.
